Agglomerator

The DKA Series agglomerators are specially designed for processing material like PVC, PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE in various soft plastic films, bags, filaments, tapes, sheets, pipes, etc. Ideal to convert degradable plastic films and scraps for easy feeding into extruder. The high-energy-blades shred the material and press it under the rotor, while the friction heats the material to the processing temperature, which make the material ready for extrusion process and result in a higher output capacity.
